In-house training courses can be requested individually.
People from NGOs and public institutions can apply for a “wombat place”. These places are discounted and allow us to support you in your non-commercial mission. Universities and educational institutions, as well as members of ARENA2036 e.V., receive individual discounts on request.
The course language depends on the participants, either in German or English. All materials are in English.
Our Design Thinking training courses are much more than just imparting knowledge of the method and tools. In our training courses, you actively build up your own wealth of experience in innovative approaches. You will broaden your perspective and experience different approaches to creativity and communication for successful collaboration.
We attach great importance to heterogeneous team compositions, as this also plays a decisive role in the application of Design Thinking. In this context, you will not only learn to put yourself in the shoes of your team members, but also see different perspectives as the most valuable source of innovation.
Another important aspect of our learning philosophy is to 'explore learning'. We encourage you to follow your intrinsic curiosity, rethink concepts, turn them on their head, be creative and try things out iteratively. Application-oriented learning is central to us as part of the research campus. You will learn to 'solve' problems quickly and not get bogged down in discussion and planning. Whether you are faced with an everyday question, a challenge from our research campus or your company, you will experience how design thinking leads you to creative solutions.
We also focus on the 'transfer of learning'. You will not only gain new perspectives, but also support in transferring these to your own projects and putting them into practice.
Scarlett leads the Design Factory Stuttgart. She draws on a wide range of experience and extensive expertise in the fields of aerospace engineering, technology management and agile methods. She is a Design Thinking Coach certified by the Hasso Plattner Institute and brings practical coaching experience from a wide range of project contexts. In addition to her expertise in design thinking, Scarlett is a certified change manager and organizational developer in various contexts.
As a trainer, Scarlett is characterized by her empathic nature. Her focus on hands-on learning, individualized attention to questions and her diverse experience make her an inspiring and effective trainer who not only imparts knowledge but creates transformative learning experiences.
